Officially Fall

Well, the wind has started blowing, and the rain is dropping. We saw the leaves turn, and now they are falling...into the gutters, plugging them up, and creating high water...yuk! If you live around here, this is the time of year that roads become blocked, and alternate routes are used. It comes every year, but the hotter the summers get, and the more reprise we need, we forget about the mess that comes in November and December. There are good points, I can make soups, Chili's, Stews, Lasagna, bring out the sweaters, and curl up. I do love this time of year, but he first few weeks are an adjustment.
