I Can't Wait for the Farmers Market! I love coming gome from the market, looking at what I've brought home and then cooking it up that night.
This is a meal that I made last Summer from all fresh goodness I got found at the Forest Grove market.
It has tomatoes, garbonzo beans, onions, and fresh eggs. The bread is dee-lish and I smothered it with fresh goat cheese.
I never got a chance to name this dish...maybe rustic salad? If you guys have any ideas let me know
(you can't say gross something because it was actually very yummy!)
